Liminal Dream State
I cultivate the liminal time between sleep and waking as a meditation and to do other inner work. At present, I am focusing on developing the early morning time with my own, self-made, brainwave entrainment meditations. If anyone is interested it would be great to start up a thread on this subject.

We are free, freedom meaning we can identify ourselves in any way we imagine.
Imagination empowers our own existence, the freedom to define our experiences.
To me, there is no preconceived meaning or causation, we are free to define life.

Re: Liminal Dream State
Hello, Rodulf, and welcome.
I am extremely interested in this topic. I only use brain entrainment with hypnosis. I should be very interested in trying with meditation. I do have some tracks that are supposed to synchronize the brain on alpha, theta, etc. but I have never tried to use them with meditation.

Could you please explain what you mean by self-made brainwave entrainment?
Thanks.

Re: Liminal Dream State
I have software to edit audio and produce entrainment. I use nature sounds to layer into an immersive soundscape then add an entrainment track. I do both day and night (sleep) meditations. The advantages of doing this yourself is that you know what you are putting into your mind and you can cultivate feedback with your unconscious mind, as to what works best for your goals.
