We are free, freedom meaning we can identify ourselves in any way we imagine.

Imagination empowers our own existence, the freedom to define our experiences.

To me, there is no preconceived meaning or causation, we are free to define life.

I have had severe fatigue for over a year now.

The problem became near fatal in August 2020.

That attack and two more since were likely covid.

This year I had compression fractures in my back.

A damaged heart valve which needs to be repaired.

I cannot stand up straight and always bend forward.

I need to sit down every few minutes after standing.

Other than that, everything is going well :)

Hello, Tony. I am no expert, but I have found out for myself recently that, if I am experiencing mental and/or physical fatigue to the point that I WANT to get up and do something I love or know I want to do (such as painting) and keep sitting down NOT DOING IT, it is enough for me to GET MY PHYSICAL BODY MOVING (for instance go to my painting table, sit down and pick up a painting brush) and the MENTAL ENERGY WILL FLOW STRAIGHT INTO MY HAND and get me going.

As you mentioned, mental and physical fatigue can be caused by many things. Your constantly experiencing your NDE for instance has the potential to depress you or else trigger action, depending on the aporoach. In my opinion dopamine, adrenaline and other physical factors such as sleep and diet, can help us overcome fatigue and illness, but at the same time we have our own SPIRITUAL POWER, which, when activated, can instantly heal us from any issues.

Giulia, for some reason I feel that all this mess is actually funny :)

I know my NDE was 78 years ago however it really never ended.

I meant to say that my NDE is the actual experience of my life.

When I think of my human life, it is exactly like a dream state.

There is nothing ACTUAL in my human experience except LOVE.

LOVE is the essence of my NDE, it is what I ACTUALLY experience.

NONE of this ridiculous human nonsense ever seems like it is real.

Giulia, to me, Rumi's poem is not fantasy or wishful thinking, it is ACTUALITY.

By 'going back to sleep' I believe Rumi means the idea that humanity limits us.

We are NEVER away from our actual existence, the spiritual wellness of an NDE.

where i am

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
there is a field. I’ll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about.

Ideas, language, even the phrase “each other”
doesn’t make any sense.

The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don’t go back to sleep.

You must ask for what you really want.
Don’t go back to sleep.

People are going back and forth across the doorsill
where the two worlds touch.

The door is round and open.
Don’t go back to sleep.”

-Rumi

Hello, Tony. I absolutely respect your ideas.

For me calling this physical life “nonsense” would suggest I missed something very serious about its creative purpose.

Giulia, of course, I am referring to the parts of my own life which seem like nonsense to me.

I understand that the physical life has a creative purpose, which does make sense even to me :)

Even the nonsense makes sense to me when I consider that it serves as a contrast to wellness.

I really should qualify my comments more clearly, by referring to my own life and not to others.
