We are free, freedom meaning we can identify ourselves in any way we imagine.
Imagination empowers our own existence, the freedom to define our experiences.
To me, there is no preconceived meaning or causation, we are free to define life.

Re: 5 science-backed steps to help you find your flow.
Hi, Tony. Thanks for this link. This is a very interesting article.
It describes flow state as a state of intense concentration and focus where one is so immersed in an activity that one loses track of time and becomes completely absorbed in the moment. This reminds me of my experience when painting.
As we were talking about so many people suffering from Covid-related brain fog, I thought this article comes in very handy.
Flow state is described as beneficial for well-being and general life satisfaction and the article lists five tips for cultivating flow state:
- Set clear and challenging goals.
- Break down large tasks into smaller, more manageable ones.
- Remove distractions from one’s environment.
- Focus on the present moment and let go of any thoughts about the past or future.
- Take breaks when one needs them to avoid burnout.
The author also discusses the importance of finding activities that one is passionate about and that allow us to use our skills and talents. When we are engaged in activities that we enjoy, we are more likely to enter into flow state.
Here are some additional details from the article:
Flow state was first described by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi in his book "Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience."
Flow state is often associated with activities that are challenging but not impossible, such as playing a sport, performing music, or solving a problem.
When one is in flow state, one is typically very productive and creative.
Flow state can also be beneficial for one’s physical and mental health.

Re: 5 science-backed steps to help you find your flow.
Giulia, for me, the flow state is exactly the same process as NDEs and every spiritual experience !!
It shows me that I am always in my spiritual wellness even if the flow state itself seems temporal.
The physical life is always available too I just get frustrated trying to convince my brain I am OK
