Re: Why do some people feel tired all the time?
Hello, Tony. Thanks for posting a link to this interesting article.
This BBC article discusses chronic fatigue and its causes. It mentions that fatigue is a widespread issue and can have various causes. Medical conditions can cause tiredness, but often there's no clear explanation. The article lists several common causes such as insufficient sleep, stress, dehydration, lack of nutrients, and sleep disorders.
The conclusion might be that getting good quality sleep is important, and sufficient sleep at the right time is more beneficial than just getting more sleep in general, especially if sleep is interrupted.
I would like to stress that depression can also be a cause of chronic fatigue. Depression can have a number of causes and psychotherapy and medications often solve the problem. However, I feel that finding out what is depressing us and changing our lifestyle to meet our inner requirements is a crucial step to take to avoid consequent symptoms, such as chronic fatigue.

Giulia, as usual, your comments strike me in unimaginable ways
After your comment here, I think my fatigue was the NEED to dream.
I experienced that just now, I was so fatigued that I needed sleep...
Sleep is the way I create the memory of my recent human activity...
'Sufficient sleep' meaning sleep which processes all of our REM dream.
If we do not dream, or disrupt our REM dream, we might need EMDR?

Re: Why do some people feel tired all the time?
Hello, Tony.
I agree that a good night’s sleep, including a regular and complete dream cycle, is essential in order to feel fully refreshed in the morning. Not only do we get to process the events taking place during the previous day, but we get to rest and absorb spiritual guidance.
Whenever I am prevented from having a full night’s sleep, I have problems in the morning.
