Astral Projection How to have an out of body experience
Are you learning how to astral project?
Astral projection can be used for many things, to have fun, to explore the unknown, but also – and most importantly in my opinion – for spiritual growth. Because once you know without a shadow of a doubt that you are so much more than your physical body, your whole outlook on the world changes.
In this video I'm going to talk you through 5 simple steps to have an out-of-body experience:
1. Preparation
2. The mind awake, body asleep state
3. The vibrational state
4. The exit
5. The return
If you have been trying to astral project for a while and you’re struggling, please know that this is s a skill. And it’s a skill that anyone can learn with a bit of patience and a lot of practice.
In this video I share the method I have been using for years to astral project with ease.

We are free, freedom meaning we can identify ourselves in any way we imagine.
Imagination empowers our own existence, the freedom to define our experiences.
To me, there is no preconceived meaning or causation, we are free to define life.

Re: Astral Projection How to have an out of body experience
As far as my own OBE or astral travel experience, my belief is that this is ALWAYS present in our spiritual experience which is ALWAYS present in our physical life
I have a dear friend [Giulia] who has had many out of body experiences. I tried to assure her that my own memories, which are only clear to me some time about my age of seven, 1945, have never included any OBEs because I have never felt myself to be in a body.
For whatever reason, I can only remember imagining myself as an intangible awareness which observes my body and all physicality from outside of ALL physicality. I am NOT saying that any physicality is NOT real, nor that I do not accept my physicality.
Rather, I am saying that any aspect of physicality needs to be interpreted, like a foreign language, so that I can feel that my own unique spiritual point of view creates the meaning of my life, not a passive acceptance of my egotistical, angry body.

Re: Astral Projection How to have an out of body experience
Most of the people who watch this video would probably come away from it with the questions: Is this something I could do? Is this something that I should do? If it works what will happen to me? What will be the long term consequences (for good or ill) if this works? Not gonna lie I am curious about it but probably too scared to actually try it. I guess that's why I was looking for feedback.

I guess my idea of it is that it is something that is SO COMMON to our spiritual experience that it is like breathing, it just happens on its ownDTR1975 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 07, 2024 1:06 am Most of the people who watch this video would probably come away from it with the questions: Is this something I could do? Re: Astral Projection How to have an out of body experience
I have not attempted this. I have however experienced spontaneous Astral Projection. The very first time it occurred I had never even heard of AP!
Thinking I had had some sort of NDE or OBE I began researching, stumbling upon AP and realizing that this was precisely what had happened to me!
It was exciting, to say the least

How did it happen? Do you have any idea what caused it?

Zen Tzu, my concept of our spiritual experience is that we are ALWAYS in OBE and AP spiritually so when we sense it physically it is because we simply become aware of it from our human point of view.Zen Tzu wrote: ↑Sun Apr 07, 2024 3:35 amI have not attempted this. TONY!
That is to say we are "Spiritual Beings" having a human experience
