No Lucid Dreams last night. I did 1 reality check as I was waking up.

On the night of my Lucid dream, from the moment that I realized I was dreaming, I had excellent memory recall of the dream. Everything before that is sketchy. Something about becoming lucid in the dream commits it to long term memory and I'm not sure why.

I have not had more lucid dreams since the last one. I have had some fairly vivid ones though.
