Is there a procedure to differentiate random dream from ADC dream?

Post by DadaAkaAustinDad »

Hello,

Is there a method that reliably differentiate ADC dreams from random non-ADC dreams?

Thanks.

Hi AustinDad. Personally, I distinguish ordinary dreams from vivid dreams in this way - when you remember each and every detail, even minute details and for years afterward, that is a "dream visitation" from your departed loved one, or an ADC. Normal dreams are usually messy and make no sense. That is the key difference between the two. Hope this is helpful.

Attached are answers from 5 AIs for the below question. Note the one with label "use by researchers and clinicians"
