AP Intro for course

This is class material that students need to know and understand to complete the course.

My sister and I started AP when we were less than 5 yo. We called it “Flying”. I am now 70. I have noticed that some conditions and drugs will interfere with the flight. So do strong emotions. Try to empty yourself of these feelings before starting.

Lay down or recline. Your head should be supported to prevent neck strain.

Begin to breath normally. After a few breaths, when you are ready, take three, slow, deep cleansing breaths. Release each breath slowly. Try to hold the breath a bit. Don’t force it.

Relax and breath normally. For each breath, focus on light coming into your body and healing you in every way. As the oxygen leaves your lungs focus on dark air being removed. These are the toxins leaving your body.

From your toes to the top of your head, relax. Wiggle your toes and rest them. Rotate your feet at the ankle and relax.

Do this throughout your whole body, all the way to the top of your head. Move every muscle, every joint, every organ inside, and then relax. Don’t forget your back and your neck.

Next, squeeze your entire face and release it. Close your eyes tightly and relax. Your whole body should be relaxed. Check for any tension. You should be breathing normally and your body should be falling into the chair or bed. You may feel like you’re close to falling asleep.

Now focus on the back of your eyelids. Watch the colors, shapes, words, pictures. Whatever floats across your eyelids, and let it go. As the thoughts in your mind come to you, give them a bit of attention, and let them move on. Let go.

Continue to breath and relax. Focus on your hands. Feel your hands begin to float. Feel them lift out of your physical body. Relax and breathe.

Now feel your arms start to float, keep breathing and relaxing and allow your whole energetic body to lift upward and separate from your physical body. Your focus at this time should be on peace.

Just float above your body for a few minutes until you are comfortable and oriented. You should float near the ceiling, you can look back at your body to verify you are projecting.

You may now float, fly, or transport to any location you want. Use any method you are comfortable with. Simply think about the location and being there. Put yourself in that location.
