Hi Lost One example would be the many vivid dream visitations I have had. Another would be "hearing" my Father's voice in my head, the first time just after he passed, to warn me of something that was about to happen. Another time when I was grieving his loss so profoundly I literally felt as if I was suffocating - when suddenly my Father popped into my head to tell me that I would "be alright". This was enough of a distraction so that I stopped crying and calmed down. My Father has also physically manifested to me. Yes, I actually saw him in Spirit form. I was wide awake, outside in broad daylight on a beautiful Summer day. My Mother saw him as well that day, with no prompting whatsoever from me. I could go on and on, about Deathbed Visions, Angels, Beings of Light, all of which I experienced in the weeks prior to my Father's transition. Then of course there was the time I accompanied a Soul who had just left this world down the Tunnel and to the Light. His Mother was in the Light waiting for him. I then turned, walked back down the Tunnel and came back. I did not know this man, had never met him. A little while later I was told that a friend of my Father, who had no family, had just died. I immediately made the connection and realized that this dear man needed someone to "see him off". I hope this makes sense and is helpful in some way. I will share more in time.Hmm, could you give an example to communications that happen?

Hello Zen Tsu,
How wonderful!!!
I'd love to hear more about the vision of your father in the daylight that you and your mum shared, and about the Shared Death experience you had with the man who needed somebody to be with him at the time of his transition.
It is wonderful to know we are never alone!

The Vision in the Sky
Hello, Zen Tsu.
I am going through last summer’s posts and was wondering whether you might move this touching testimony of yours in the ADC section.
I was also wondering: Can you tell us more about the vision of your father that you and your mom shared? What did he look like? How did it make you feel?
Thanks.
Giulia

Re: Why do some dead people not communicate with living people they loved
I don't know if I have had an after death communication. I remember seeing my mother sometimes in my dreams, but I can't remember much more then few fleeting fragments of my dreams. I do remember that in the dreams, I had forgotten she was dead. I can vaguely remember meeting with some people in my dreams that I thought I knew, but forgot who they are when I woke up. It's almost like that part of my brain responsible for remembering facts and events dosen't work when I am dreaming. And then when I wake up, everything that happened in the dream just dissappears from my memory, like my brain just didn't bother to keep it.

Hi Derek.
For me one way to distinguish between just a dream and a dream visitation has always been the fact that during the dream visitations I always recall that they are gone from this Earth. The more vivid the details you remember is also a sign that it is more than just a dream. Also a dream visitation will stay with you for years as opposed to just a dream which eventually fades.

I guess I've never had one of those visitations, then. Maybe my mom has more important things to do in heaven. I really don't know what people do there.

Re: Why do some dead people not communicate with living people they loved
Hello, Derek.
I feel that, if you are interested in remembering a dream visitation, one way to deal with the problem is strengthening your memory by keeping a dream journal. I understand that it is extremely important not to move when you wake up and spend a few minutes focussing on the way you are feeling, however fleeting the feeling may be. It is then important to enter this information in a dream journal. If you do this consistently every day you will find that the amount of information you recollect from your dreams will gradually increase.
Based on my own researches about the Afterlife and our discarnate loved ones, it is not true that they have too much to do. Time as we know it does not exist on the other side, and scarcity is a concept that doesn’t apply.
I have reached the conclusion that we are spirits immersed in the Spirit World and that during our sleep it is often easier for us to connect with our loved ones on the Other Side. Even if we don’t remember our dreams, I am sure our loved ones are close to us and, if we sleep well, we can feel regenerated in the morning thanks to this.
There are many books about what discarnate spirits do on the Other Side: these are usually mediumistic accounts obtained through automatic writing and other systems. It is often difficult for discarnate spirits to describe their activities, as we have no words to describe them. But they can use analogies to get the point across.
A book I like very much on the subject is “The Afterlife Revealed: What Happens After We Die” by Michael Tymn. I believe that “The Afterlife Unveiled: What the Dead are Telling Us About Their World” by Betty Stafford is also interesting.

Thanks Giulia,
I think I need to try doing the dream journal thing. Even if for no other reason than because I have some pretty cool dreams. Maybe I'll check out those books too.
